What do you love most about what you do?
I am most happy when working with small businesses who can often find it overwhelming to keep on top of all of their legislative requirements in addition to the daily challenge of managing a business. Many find it hard just to keep their head above water so when a tricky employee situation arises, it can really have an impact. It's always rewarding to know you've been able to help someone and provide peace of mind.
