Why did you join BWN and what do you love about it?
I joined BWN because I love connecting with inspiring businesswomen, learning from them and being able to help other women in business achieve success.
How do you define success?
For me, success is defined by the positive impact we have on other human lives. It is about finding your own Ikigai (生き甲斐, - a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being.") I experience success when I can help professionals thrive and accomplish great things.
Which local women inspire you and why?
The list is endless, so it will be hard to single people out. We are really fortunate to live and work in a region filled with incredibly inspiring women!
What's the best piece of advice you can give our audience?
A strong woman stands up for herself. A stronger woman stands up for others.
What is your superpower?
I'm a connector who builds confidence and empowers others by intuitively sensing what they need to succeed, opening doors to help them achieve greatness. I have talent helping teams get rid of roadblocks that have been preventing them from accomplishing success.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love my job because I get to help leaders and their teams remove the roadblocks that prevent them from thriving and achieving their best outcomes. The variety in my work keeps things interesting, from addressing root causes of workplace frustrations to working with diverse groups of people and hearing their stories. I find immense satisfaction in watching individuals grow their leadership confidence and helping teams streamline their collaboration, communication, and onboarding processes. The "aha moments" and breakthroughs I witness are incredibly rewarding and give me goosebumps every time.
