You may know Alyson Pearson as Alykat Creative from her quirky gallery space down the laneway in Central Coffs; pink hair, bright and colourful demeanour, where she’s been hosting group exhibitions and really giving our local artists somewhere to showcase their work and come together.But did you also know she’s a Super Creative in her own right? 

Whilst setting up and running Alykat Gallery last year, Aly has also been juggling a bunch of creative and professional endeavours to allow the gallery space to financially survive; teaching design at Tafe and her own evening short courses, working as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator on projects like the SWIFF cover artwork and mural design for the Coffs Harbour paediatric ED. And where possible, creating art of her own to release as prints and maintain the Alykat brand, socials and website.

Join us in meeting the many layers of this creative businesswoman, hear about the wins and falls, and be taken on a journey of Aly’s top creative projects from the past 12 months.
