Courtney Nolan

President

Courtney Nolan is an Employment Consultant with Key Community Group and the President of the Coffs Coast Business Women’s Network (BWN), where she is leading a fresh, modern approach to women’s networking and community connection across the region.

Passionate about helping people feel confident, capable and supported, Courtney works closely with local job seekers, employers and the broader community to create meaningful employment pathways and stronger community outcomes throughout the Coffs Coast.

Known for her warm energy, emotionally intelligent leadership style and ability to bring people together, Courtney has become a well known community connector across both the employment and business sectors.

Before joining Key Community Group, Courtney worked extensively in business strategy, coaching and leadership development, supporting female founders, professionals and entrepreneurs across Australia. She is also a former NSW Police officer, bringing extensive experience in communication, stakeholder engagement and human behaviour.

Under her leadership, BWN is evolving into a more modern, welcoming and socially connected network for women in business, with a strong focus on connection over competition, inclusive events and genuine community building.

Courtney is deeply passionate about creating spaces where women feel less alone in business and more supported in pursuing ambitious goals, meaningful careers and authentic connection.
