Carla founded the Coffs Coast Health Club with her husband Duncan in 2009. She had just moved from Canberra with a one-year old son and was pregnant with their daughter. The GFC had just hit so it was a great time to start a business, right? Luckily Carla operates better under a bit of pressure and she is now the CFO and Group Exercise Manager.
Carla will share her tips on how she juggles two businesses that employ over 60 locals, teaching a variety of group exercise classes, a small farm full of animals, riding and training horses, as well as socialising and volunteering in our community.
Anna is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Certified Yoga & Mindfulness teacher, combining these disciplines Anna provides niche services for both individuals and corporate organisations.
As an owner of three health and wellbeing businesses, including StudioMove in Woolgoolga, and a mother of two, Anna utilises her meditation practise to sustain her full lifestyle. Anna’s professional expertise lies in working with people who are ready to do the work to shift limiting beliefs and create the sustainable and positive health rituals they desire.
Belinda is the Business Director and Marketing Manager for The Physio Movement. Following a recent move to the Coffs Coast, Belinda is looking forward to being a part of the business community here in Coffs Harbour.
She was awarded the Emerging Business Woman of the Year 2019 in Townsville and loves to share, educate and inspire others to live a life full of wellness, health and vitality. Outside of work Belinda loves spending time outdoors with her friends, husband, and two (very active) children.
