When Amanda Tallent (nee Bennett) couldn’t find any boots to fit her calves, she voiced her discontent to a few friends and quickly realised she was far from alone.  So, she decided to have some wide calf boots made, started selling them at markets and the rest is her-story.
This month, Amanda Tallent gives us the low down on her start up.  How she grew from small market stalls to becoming a world leader in wide calf boots design - with outlets in Australia, NZ, USA & UK plus a highly successful online store. Not to mention a bi-annual magazine - ‘It Fits’ (curvy community of fashion) - with a readership of 40,000 and currently working on a TV series for 16+ sized Australian actors.  She’s also the mother of a two year old! 
She’ll shares tips on growing your business... Setting up an online store... Successful marketing and business development... and giving doubt the boot!
