The importance of knowing what you want

Most people I come across, know more of what they don’t want, rather than what they do want.

It’s hard to accomplish real and lasting change, when the motivation is to avoid or prevent something, rather than creating what you want.

There’s a universal law: The things you resist, persist.

What are you trying to prevent or avoid?
Are you wanting to give up smoking or lose weight? How is it going? (be honest)
Does it feel like you’re on a rocking chair or a sea-saw – going up and down, sometimes working and sometimes not – a bit ‘hit & miss’?

The key is – what motivates us.
The motivation to create something – helps us adopt a life-style that supports who we are and what we want. Nothing else will do the job!

Remember - Your focus creates your reality.
What are YOU paying attention to – your dreams and what you want?
Or the beliefs you’ve formulated that say you can’t have it or don’t deserve it?
Whichever it is – this is exactly what you are creating!
Take full responsibility for your dream as well as the journey.

Creating results that matter to us, gives meaning and purpose to our lives.
Making this choice – will be a defining moment in your life.
Seize the day!

There is no time like the present.
You can make all the excuses in the world but what do YOU want?
