Why coaching?
Sometimes people ask me – is coaching for everyone?I hesitate to answer because, whilst everyone could benefit from coaching, not everyone is motivated to get clearer about what they want and achieve results – whether personally or professionally.
It’s not that anyone wants coaching per se but the benefits of coaching, that is the ‘main attraction’.
Whether you interested in Management, Business or Life Coaching – it’s really about personal & professional development.
Statistics show that 98% of people who have received coaching services, are satisfied with what it has provided for them.
Coaching adds value to your life and/or business.
I have a client (a Manager) who has been coming for coaching from quite a distance (2.5 hours away), every month for 4 years. Previously, he budgeted for items such as resources and professional development, to support him in his work as a Manager of a regional organization. He has found that coaching has provided him (& his organization) with cost-effective and time-efficient ongoing professional support and development.
You may already be spending money on books and attending workshops for personal and professional development. Often the content is forgotten and does not have a lasting impact on behaviour.
Coaching, on the other hand, is a dynamic process that connects the individual with their potential and what they want to create, supporting them to take responsibility for achieving desired results.
You deserve a good coach – someone who will hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself!
