The proof is in the pudding (which hopefully you have worked off by now - but if not, do not fear for we have the answers). They are walkers of the talk... and put their money, and ego, where their mouth is.
They’ll be covering everything from achieving a work/life balance, shifting your ‘stuff’, looking and feeling fabulous, taking that real leap of faith plus setting and obliterating your goals.
